By using Sentiix, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Sentiix provides AI-powered image processing tools including upscaling, background removal, and inpainting. The service is provided on a pay-per-image basis using a credit system.
3. User Responsibility
You are responsible for the content you upload. You must have the legal right to process and use any images you upload to our platform.
4. Payments & Refunds
Credits are purchased in advance. Refunds are typically not provided for spent credits unless there was a technical failure on our part that prevented the service from being delivered.
5. Privacy & Data Protection
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. As stated there, your data is processed and stored in Norway and is never used for model training.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or engage in illegal activities using our platform.
